Responsibilities 
The Human Resource Department assists the City's operating departments to: 

  • Recruit employees
  • Maintain positive employee relations
  • Oversee performance management
  • Educate employees on organizational policies at the local, state, and federal level

Additionally, the Department handles employee benefits, labor relations, classification and compensation, personnel records, and training and development.
