Online Payment

Web Payment: Utility bill payments may be paid online by clicking here. To register, use your utility bill. The information must match what appears on your bill exactly. 

Auto-Pay: Utility bills can be automatically paid from your bank account or credit card each month. After registering here, choose the Auto-Pay your Bill option. If it is prior to the due date, your payment will automatically by debited/charged from your method of payment. After registering your utility account, you will be able to track usage history, view billing, and make payments.

Direct Debit 

Avoid late payments and penalties by having your payment withdrawn directly from your bank every month. Complete the Direct Debit Application Form, and attach a voided check or savings deposit slip with your completed form. Bring or mail the form to: Attn: Finance Department, City of Crystal Lake, 100 W. Woodstock Street, Crystal Lake, IL 60014. 

Drop Box

City Hall offers one drop box to pay your water and sewer bill. You can find the box in City Hall's front parking lot, located in the center island next to the U.S. Post Office mailbox.

Prepaid Parking Passes

The City of Crystal Lake is now offering prepaid parking passes for the Downtown Crystal Lake commuter parking lots.
