The City of Crystal Lake no longer sells the annual lake usage decal. Purchases of the decal can be made at the Crystal Lake Park District.

Crystal Lake's Lake Usage regulations do not apply to Three Oaks Recreation Area. No outside watercraft is allowed at Three Oaks Recreation Area, but watercraft is available for rental.
