Please direct all questions on passenger bus licenses to the City Managers Office (815) 459-2020. Questions can be answered between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

Passenger Bus License

One license is valid per disembarkation of passengers and only on the date, at the time, and in the location set forth in the License.  Fees and taxes per license are listed in the application materials.
