Online Pavilion Rental
Reservations for 2026 will begin on Friday, January 2, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. for online rental requests. Rental requests submitted online prior to 8:00 a.m. on January 2nd will not be accepted.
Making a Reservation
The Picnic Grove Pavilion, Island Pavilion, Volleyball Court Pavilion, North Lake Pavilion, and Lake House Patio are reserved on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
To reserve a pavilion, please take the following steps:
- Create an account on the portal to access at any time.
Online Rental Portal (New online portal!) - Check pavilion availability on the calendar.
- Submit your rental request
- Staff will review the request and either approve or deny it. If approved, the deposit and rental fee must be paid within 24 hours of approval in order to secure the pavilion.
Payment will only be accepted with a credit card. Both the pavilion deposit and rental fee are due at the time of the reservation. The reservation is nontransferable. Use of someone else's address to receive discounted rates is not allowed and may result in a suspended account.

Lake House Pricing
The Lake House Patio is available for reservation after Labor Day through mid-October. Lake House Patio Rental offers use of the beach for events such as weddings. Catering is allowed in the space, however grills and tents are not allowed at this location.
