Special Storm Damage Pick-up
The City Public Works Crew will be making a special storm damage brush pickup Monday, June 22, 2026. Crews will be picking up brush from storm damage only.
All brush must be at the curb by Monday, June 22nd at 6:00 a.m. Once the Public Works crews have picked up a street, they will not be returning. Any brush that needs to be removed from a property after Monday morning can be disposed of by one of three methods:
- Utilize the City brush drop-off site ( 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)
- The first Saturday of July falls on the Independence Day holiday. The brush drop-off site will be closed July 4th. Instead, the site will be open on the 2nd and 3rd Saturday for the month of July.

- Place brush at the curb as part of your weekly refuse collection: in compostable bags, clearly marked containers, or neatly tied bundles.
- Brush tied in bundles can be no more than 2 feet in diameter
- Brush tied in bundles can be no longer than 4 feet, and no individual branch in the bundle larger than 3" in diameter
- Hire a landscape/tree contractor to remove the debris.
