Does the City of Crystal Lake allow overnight parking?
The City of Crystal Lake has a City Ordinance that prohibits parking between the hours of 2:00am and 6:00am for all vehicles on any street in the City. Permission to park on the street overnight may be granted for certain hardships. Contact the Police Department at 815-356-3620 to request overnight parking permission.
Where can I pay a parking ticket?
Parking tickets can be paid in a variety of ways. One option is to use the drop box located outside City Hall. Tickets can also be paid by mailing a check or money order to City of Crystal Lake, Citation Processing Center, P.O. Box 3214, Milwaukee, WI 53201-3214. Payment can be made via the phone with either a Master Card or Visa at 877-501-9924 using Agency Code 4228. You can also pay your parking citation online.
How can I get a copy of a motor vehicle crash report or case report?
Contact the Crystal Lake Police Records Division at 815-356-3620. Accident and insurance cover sheets are available for a fee. To purchase a copy of an accident report online click here. The McHenry County Courthouse is located in the McHenry County Government Center at 2200 N. Seminary Avenue (Route 47) in Woodstock, IL. Can I see my criminal record?
The Uniform Conviction Information Act (UCIA) mandates that all criminal history record conviction information collected and maintained by the Illinois State Police, Bureau of Identification, be made available to the public pursuant to 20 ILCS 2635/1 et seq. This law permits only conviction information to be disseminated to the public. All requests for UCIA information must be submitted on a Conviction Information Request form. These forms are available from the Bureau of Identification. Each form has a unique processing control number. All inquiries must be submitted on an original form, copies are not accepted. There are two types of Conviction Information Request forms which can be used to request UCIA information. These forms include a non-fingerprint request form and a fingerprint request form.
