Van Natta House, South
135 College Street

The Van Natta House, South is a fine example of folk Victorian architecture. The main features are the prominent cross gable configuration with a granite fieldstone foundation, narrow clapboards, cornice returns and wide frieze boards below the eaves.  The structure was built in 1885. The original clapboard siding was revealed in 2003 by the present owners and the original house/window trims were recreated at that time, too.
