The Crystal Lake Police Records Division is responsible for the management and coordination of police records which includes processing and storage of all criminal and non-criminal reports, traffic crash reports and citations. The Records Division also provides license and permit services to the public. This Unit consists of a records supervisor, three full-time and two part-time records assistants. 

The Police Records Supervisor responds to requests for reports, public records and statistical data held by the Police Department consistent with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. For a printable copy of the FOIA request form click here.
