The Finance Department is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all financial systems, records, and functions of the City in accordance with applicable laws, ordinances, policies, and procedures. These activities include the recording and reporting of all financial transactions, billing and collection of all monies due to the City, making payments to employees and vendors, managing cash and investments, preparing the annual financial report, and developing budget and financial forecasts. Additionally, Finance Department personnel administer the City’s Administrative Adjudication Program.
